Leadership & Clinical Supervision
Supervision at Safe & Sound is led by Shauna Paynter, Clinical Director, who offers regular individual and group supervision.
Shauna brings:
- Over 12 yrs experience in therapeutic practice
- A background in education and training
- A humanistic, transpersonal approach to clinical work
- A deep commitment to supporting practitioner growth
Her supervision style emphasizes:

Shauna’s work is influenced by the humanistic tradition, including the legacy of Natalie Rogers, and integrates relational, experiential, and depth-oriented perspectives.
