As an Associate at Safe & Sound Therapeutics, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally while serving those in need. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to their craft, hold a Master of Art in Counselling Psychology, Master of Art in Psychology, Master of Social Work or Master of Education, and are committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
Associates at Safe & Sound Therapeutics are provided with referrals that align with their expertise and interests, allowing them to tailor their practice to meet the needs of their clients. While Associates manage their own caseloads, they have access to support and mentorship through consultations with a fully qualified Clinical Supervisor and enjoy monthly Group Supervision.
Use Your Expertise
The ideal candidate will be skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and be open to learning new techniques such as Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), and ADHD & Autism Coaching. Additional training in modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Accelerated Resolution Therapy would be a valuable asset.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker seeking a supportive, collegial, and busy private practice environment where all the administrative details are taken care of. Associates have the flexibility to choose their work schedule as an Independent Contractor within Safe & Sound, with options for Saturday and evening hours in addition to the usual Monday to Friday schedule.
