A free, in-person 45-minute wellness group for women, led by Lea Ivanitz, Registered Clinical Counsellor. Each session blends meditation, breath work, and gentle movement drawn from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These practices are empirically supported for improving mood, emotional regulation, and nervous system function.
This group is especially helpful for women experiencing perimenopausal and menopausal changes, including anxiety, sleep disruption, and overwhelm. It offers a low-barrier, evidence-informed step toward better mental health that complements medical care.
