Your story matters. Let’s begin there today.
Counselling is a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. Life can be complex, overwhelming, and often messy — and it helps to talk to someone who meets you with respect, steadiness, and perspective. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can bring the hard things — grief, stress, identity questions, relationship struggles, life transitions, intimacy concerns, spiritual exploration, or simply the need to feel heard — and still feel like yourself. A little humour and humanity are welcome here, too.
I’m a Registered Professional Counsellor with over 15 years of experience supporting youth (12+), adults, and couples. I work with clients navigating grief (including disenfranchised grief, especially the kind that impacts friendships), neurodivergence, adoption-related dynamics, relationship and intimacy challenges, major life transitions, midlife reflections and purpose, spiritual questions, and the subtle or overt impacts of bullying in families or workplaces. Together, we’ll focus on what’s real for you.
What to Expect
You can expect a safe, calm, and quiet session space — one that invites stillness and reflection without pressure to have it all figured out. Whether you come as an individual or as a couple, we begin wherever you are.
The heart of the work is about building trust, safety, and resilience — within yourself, and within the counselling relationship. You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and respect as we explore what matters to you. It’s not about fixing you; it’s about supporting your growth and healing in a way that feels steady, human, and real.
