Brittany is currently on Maternity Leave until December 2025
Brittany is a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
She is a counsellor and new mom, passionate about supporting individuals, children, and families through life’s challenges—especially the transition into parenthood. She believes that healing happens in connection. Her approach is non-judgmental, client-centered, and grounded in empathy, offering space to explore the full range of emotions that can arise from parenting, identity shifts, and overwhelm.
Rooted in a person-centered therapeutic approach, she views each client as the expert of their own life and believes that everyone has an innate capacity for growth and healing. By creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space, she seeks to empower clients to connect with their inner strengths, discover new perspectives, and move toward the changes that feel right for them.
She received her Master’s in Counselling from Gonzaga University in 2023 and feels honoured to walk alongside clients as they define goals that feel meaningful, manageable, and aligned with where they are in their journey.
