Are you someone who stacks their goals in a similar way that you stack the books you want to read beside your bed? Do you want to achieve all these things but get lost trying to hit the tangible actions it takes to get there? If this is you or someone you know, try adapting your goals into SMART goals!

S (Specific) - Target a particular area of functioning and focus on building it

M (Measurable) - Results can be gauged quantitatively or at least indicated by some qualitative attributes. This helps in monitoring the progress after executing the plans

A (Attainable) - Goals are targeted to suitable people and are individualized

R (Realistic) - Practical and planned in a way that would be easy to implement in real life

T (Time) - Encourages the goal to be focused and provides  a time frame about task achievement
