According to a study conducted by three researchers and published in Avicenna Journal of Phytomedicine (2015, Volume 5, Issue 4), spinach, lettuce, chicory, squash, pomegranate, almond and wild trout as have the highest effect on patients suffering from depression.
Side Note: I have been using this recipe to move my blood iron levels up. I went from 4 to 16 to 38 within nine months without taking those terrible iron supplement pills.
1.) Morning Power-Green Smoothie
4 cups of fresh, clean spinach ( I use Organic Girl Power Greens)
1/2 cup blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
1 tablespoon Spirulina
1 scoop of high quality protein powder ( I use KetoPro Vanilla Protein Powder)
2 cups Fresh, Clean Water
