Shauna brings over 20 years of experience in ACT, positive psychology, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and neurodiversity-affirming care. She provides clinical supervision, trauma-sensitive therapy, and deep emotional presence. Shauna ensures every client at Safe & Sound receives care rooted in integrity, clinical excellence, and heart.

Dr. Lisa Harder, Registered Psychologist
Dr. Harder is our Autism and ADHD Assessment Specialist, offering comprehensive psychological assessments for children, teens, and adults across BC. Her evaluations are neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and designed to help clients access clarity, accommodations, and the support they need to thrive in school, work, and daily life.

Sharlene Hamilton, MPCC, RPC
Sharlene offers play-based therapy, child and family counselling, and neurodiversity-affirming support rooted in the philosophy of Violet Oaklander. She works beautifully with children, teens, and adults navigating emotional regulation, family dynamics, sensory needs, and life transitions. Sharlene’s approach is intuitive, connection-centred, and grounded in dignity and compassion.
